Myeisha Wright
Founder, CEO
Myeisha was born, raised, and educated in Kansas City, MO., and is a 4th generation Key Coalition Neighborhood resident, where her great-grandmother “Motherdear” and husband were the 1st non-whites to buy their home on Olive St. in 1920. The home is currently located in the heart of the 31st and Prospect development project.
In 2012, Myeisha entered the industry by responding to an online posting for a freelance leasing agent. Myeisha’s diligence helped the company grow to a $20 million fund, in which she now operates as the Managing Broker/Business Development for Iron Door Property Management. She is also Managing Broker of The Real Estate House, LLC where she manages 14 active real estate agents and oversees the property management division.
She believes in sharing information and educating others about opportunities to enhance their financial situations. That was the driving force behind getting into real estate and forming a property management company. Knowing that generational wealth starts with ownership and housing, she wants to be sure she is doing her part in providing and educating others about housing opportunities that can change a community. Myeisha is also an investor, owning several affordable rental properties and investing internationally.

I own numerous single family residences plus duplexes and fourplexes in KC. I have gone through several property managers and it has been an expensive and frustrating saga. One of the biggest challenges I face is that I live in California and I can’t be popping over to check on what’s going on regularly.
